April 19–22, in Denver, Colorado at the Colorado Convention Center. The conference officially starts on Sunday, April 19, with a Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall. Conference programming concludes with the Closing Keynote on Wednesday, April 22 in the early afternoon. Plan to stay for the full duration so you don’t miss any valuable sessions. We’ve got a full schedule!

Ellucian Live 2026 will be an in-person event. However, all sessions will be recorded and made available on-demand after the conference. Conference attendees will have access to the recordings as part of their registration, and anyone who does not attend in person will have the opportunity to purchase an on-demand package to access all the session recordings!

Thank you for your interest in presenting at Ellucian Live 2026. The Call for Proposals window has closed, but we hope you’ll submit a session idea next year. There are still plenty of networking and idea-sharing opportunities at Ellucian Live 2026, including Braindate, which is a 1:1 or small-group conversation based on topics created by attendees. The Call for Proposals for Ellucian Live 2027 will open in early fall 2026.

There will not be shuttle service for transportation to and from the airport(s).

Yes, there are shuttles running to and from select hotels. The hotel link here will indicate if a hotel has shuttle service. There will also be shuttles provided from the Colorado Convention Center and select hotels to the Customer Appreciation Event.

Cancellation of a registration must be submitted via email to Ellucian Live 2026 Registration and must be received by March 16, 2026, to receive a refund less a $150 processing fee. There are no refunds on cancellations received after March 16, 2026.

In the case where there is an event of force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather, a natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, labor dispute or strike, the fee will remain non-refundable. Credit card payments will be refunded within 45 days. If a credit card has expired at the time of refund, the refund will be made via ACH. Refunds for payments made by check will be processed within 45 days. Should you cancel after the cancellation deadline you will have the option of converting your Ellucian Live Individual Pass to an Ellucian On-Demand pass by emailing Registration Assistance no later than May 15, 2026.

A full conference substitution may be made at any time for a paid-in-full registrant from the same institution by email. Ellucian Live 2026 will waive any processing fees for substitutions. When adding items to a substituted registration package, including Ellucian Live 2026, the additional amount due will be the price at the time when the request is made, which may vary from the price at the time the initial package was purchased.

Yes — bring your team! Group registration rates are posted on the Pricing page with several package types to choose from. The Group Package Purchase or Reservation Program allows for multiple passes to be purchased or reserved in one transaction. When you make a single purchase of more than 10 passes, the prevailing group rate will apply.

Alternatively, you can reserve multiple passes for one organization and allow individuals to register and pay on their own. In this case, the group discount applied to reserved passes is determined on the date the individual registers.

These group discounts are only valid when paying by credit card or check and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. The cancellation policy does not apply to these packages; no cancellations are allowed. Substitutions are allowed. There are no discounts offered for group packages of nine (9) or fewer passes.

Yes. There is an option to indicate this when placing the order.

Choose the option “Group Package Purchase — One Payment.” This package will allow you to make one payment for as many discounted full conference passes as needed. A dashboard will allow you to invite individuals to register as part of your package, using the passes you have paid for.

Choose the option “Group Package Reservation— Individual Pay.” This package lets you order as many full conference passes as needed, taking advantage of group rates. A dashboard will allow you to invite individuals to register and pay the discount price on their own. Individuals will pay the prevailing group rate at the time they complete their registration.

Ordering and paying for fewer than 10 registrations at once will not provide you a discount for the registration pricing, but it can be a convenient purchasing option.

Third-party consultants can register for Ellucian Live 2026 but will require approval by Ellucian, must sign a non-disclosure agreement, and pay a registration fee. Approved third-party consultants attending Ellucian Live are not permitted access to the post-conference on-demand resources.

Guest passes can be purchased during registration for your guest(s) to attend the Customer Appreciation Event on Tuesday evening, April 21. The guest(s) must be at least 21 years of age. There is a limit of two guest passes per attendee. If you’ve already registered, you can add a guest pass from your Attendee Dashboard after logging in.

Hotel changes, including cancellations, need to be made online using the modify reservation link on your attendee portal no later than April 9, 2026.

It will take the hotels a few days to get all reservations transferred. You may reach out to your hotel directly beginning on Wednesday, April 15.

Should your hotel reservation contain certain nights that are currently waitlisted, rest assured we are working to complete your reservation as quickly as possible. You will receive an updated acknowledgement once your reservation is confirmed in its entirety.

If you want to extend your stay over dates not available online, please email the Ellucian Live Housing Bureau.

If you need to make room reservations for a group of 10 or more rooms, please complete the Attendee/Exhibitor Subblock Request online form. The Ellucian Live 2026 Housing Bureau will contact you with a confirmation email once your request has been fulfilled. You will also receive instructions via email on how to manage your subblock.

Ellucian Live's housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation processing fee for housing cancellations made at any time. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as "elive2026."

All reservations require a deposit of one night's room and tax. If paying by credit card, this may be reflected on your credit card statement as early as March 27, 2026 (subject to change without notice). Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date for refund of your one night's room and tax deposit.

When making a reservation online or through the ConferenceDirect Ellucian Live Contact Center, you are required to provide a valid credit card as a form of guarantee.

In order to submit a check for your deposit after your reservations has been booked, checks must include the first night’s room rate plus tax in order to apply the check deposit to your reservation. Checks may also include the expected full amount of room and tax for the entire stay. When sending checks for multiple rooms, please list the names corresponding to each reservation the check should be applied to as well as the reservation acknowledgement number for each reservation. When paying by check, guests must bring a credit card or cash to the hotel to cover incidental charges to the room(s).

Before March 20 checks should be payable to ConferenceDirect/Ellucian. Mail to ConferenceDirect, C/O Ellucian Live 2026, 193 Blue Ravine Road, #190, Folsom, CA 95630. Checks MUST be received no later than March 20, 2026.

After March 20, all checks should be made payable to the hotel and mailed directly to the hotel where your reservation is being held. Be sure to include “Ellucian Live 2026,” the name as it appears on the reservation, and the corresponding ConferenceDirect Reservation Acknowledgement Number on the check. If a check covers reservations for multiple attendees, please include a list of all names and acknowledgement numbers for each reservation the check covers. Prior to your assigned hotel receiving your check, reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and expiration date. Checks being sent directly to the hotel must be received no later than April 1, 2026. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR CHECK DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL SO THAT IT IS RECEIVED BY THE HOTEL NO LATER THAN April 1 TO ALLOW TIME FOR PROCESSING.

If your reservations are being paid for by a credit card NOT in your name, you will need to request a Credit Card Authorization form. After March 27, 2026, if you have a confirmed hotel reservation, please contact your hotel directly to request and submit a Credit Card Authorization form. The guest must still supply a credit card at check-in for incidental charges.
