Ellucian Live 2027 will be held April 4–7, in New Orleans, Louisiana at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (NOENMCC). The conference officially starts on Sunday, April 4, at 5:00 p.m. with a Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall. Conference programming concludes with the Closing Keynote on Wednesday, April 7 in the early afternoon. Plan to stay for the full duration so you don’t miss any valuable sessions. We’ve got a full schedule!
Ellucian Live 2027 will be an in-person event. However, all sessions will be recorded and made available on demand after the conference. Conference attendees will have access to the recordings as part of their registration. Anyone who does not attend in person will have the opportunity to purchase an on-demand package to access all the session recordings.
Thank you for your interest in presenting at Ellucian Live 2027. The Call for Proposals window has closed, but we hope you’ll submit a session idea next year. There are still ways to share your ideas and expertise at Ellucian Live 2027, including Braindate, which hosts 1:1 and small-group conversation based on topics created by attendees. The Call for Proposals for Ellucian Live 2028 will open in early fall 2027.

There will not be shuttle service for transportation to or from the airport.
Yes, there are shuttles running to and from select hotels. Click here to review the full list of hotels and check whether a hotel has shuttle service. There will also be shuttles provided from the convention center and select hotels to the Customer Appreciation Event.

Cancellation of a registration must be submitted via email and must be received by March 5, 2027, to receive a full refund less a $150 processing fee. There are no refunds on cancellations received after March 5, 2027.
Should you need to cancel after the cancellation deadline, you will have the option of converting your Ellucian Live registration to an On-Demand Pass by emailing Registration Assistance no later than May 7, 2027.

A full conference substitution may be made at any time for a paid-in-full registrant from the same institution by email. There are no processing fees for substitutions.

Group pricing is available for groups of 10 or more from the same institution. Groups can either purchase and pay for all passes in one transaction or reserve 10+ passes and allow individual attendees to register and pay separately at the prevailing group rate.
Group discounts are not available for nine (9) or fewer passes and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Group packages may be paid by credit card or check. Group packages are non-refundable; substitutions are allowed.

Yes. There is an option to indicate this when placing the order.
Choose the option “Group Package Purchase — One Payment.” This package will allow you to make one payment for as many discounted full conference passes as needed. A dashboard will allow you to invite individuals to register as part of your package, using the passes you have paid for.
If you have a group of 10 or more from across your organization that are paying separately, reserve the number of passes you need. A unique discount code will be set up for you to share with your constituents that allows individuals to register and pay on their own. In this case, the group discount price applied to each of the passes is determined by the prevailing group rate at the time the individual registers.
Ordering and paying for fewer than 10 registrations at once will not provide you a discount for the registration pricing, but it can be a convenient purchasing option.

Third-party consultants can register for Ellucian Live 2027 but must be approved by Ellucian, sign a non-disclosure agreement, and pay a registration fee. Approved third-party consultants attending Ellucian Live are not permitted access to the post-conference on-demand resources.
Guest passes can be purchased during registration for your guest(s) to attend the Customer Appreciation Event on Tuesday evening, April 6. The guest(s) must be at least 21 years of age. There is a limit of two guest passes per attendee. If you’ve already registered, you can add a guest pass from your Attendee Dashboard after logging in.

Hotel changes, including cancellations, need to be made online using the modify reservation link on your attendee portal no later than March 26, 2027.

Please use the modify reservation link on your attendee portal to add a special request to your hotel reservation. Note, Ellucian does not guarantee special requests, but the hotel will make its best effort to accommodate you.
Should your hotel reservation contain certain nights that are currently waitlisted, rest assured we are working to complete your reservation as quickly as possible. You will receive an updated acknowledgement once your reservation is confirmed in its entirety.
If you want to extend your stay over dates not available online, please email the Ellucian Live Housing Bureau.
If you need to make room reservations for a group of 10 or more rooms, please complete the Attendee/Exhibitor Subblock Request online form. The Ellucian Live 2027 Housing Bureau will contact you with a confirmation email once your request has been fulfilled. You will also receive instructions via email on how to manage your subblock.
Ellucian Live's housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation processing fee for housing cancellations made at any time. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as "CONFDIRECT*ELIVE2027."
All reservations require a deposit of one night's room and tax. If paying by credit card, this may be reflected on your credit card statement as early as March 12, 2027 (subject to change without notice). Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. CST at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date for refund of your one night's room and tax deposit.

If your reservations are being paid for by a credit card NOT in your name, you will need to request a Credit Card Authorization form directly from the hotel. After March 31, 2027, if you have a confirmed hotel reservation, please contact your hotel directly to request and submit a Credit Card Authorization form. The guest must still supply a credit card at check-in for incidental charges.
