Cancellation of a registration must be submitted via email and must be received by February 14, 2023. There are no refunds on cancellations received after February 14, 2023.

Any post-event refund requests must be received in writing via email on or before April 14, 2023. In the case where this is an event of force majeure, the fee will remain non-refundable.

There is a $125 processing fee on all cancellations that are refunded. Credit card payments will be refunded within 45 days. If a credit card has expired at the time of refund, the refund will be made by check. Refunds for payments made by check will be processed within 45 days.

A full conference substitution may be made at any time for a paid-in-full registrant from the same institution. There is a $125 processing fee on all substitutions.

The health and safety of Ellucian’s customers, employees, and communities are of utmost importance. With this in mind, we will continue to monitor and will follow current CDC guidelines. Currently, there are no vaccination or testing requirements to attend Ellucian Live 2023.

These protocols and mandates may change at any time. We will do our best to communicate any changes as they arise and appreciate your cooperation.

Attendees must register for the event first in order to make hotel reservations with Ellucian Live group rates. Information for booking your hotel will be presented at the end of the registration process. Once you’ve completed registration, you can either choose to book your hotel immediately or, if you are not ready to reserve your room, you may log back in to your Attendee Dashboard to make your reservation later.

If you have already registered for the conference, the Ellucian Live housing bureau can make a reservation over the phone.

Ellucian Live's housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation processing fee for cancellations made at any time. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as "ConferenceDirect, LLC."

All reservations require a deposit of one night's room plus tax. If paying by credit card, this may be reflected on your credit card statement as early as March 1, 2023 (subject to change without notice). Cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your arrival date for refund of your one night's room and tax deposit.

When making a reservation online, you are required to provide a valid credit card as a form of guarantee. Checks may include either the first night’s room rate plus tax to hold the reservation OR the expected full amount. When sending payment by check for multiple rooms, please list the names corresponding to each reservation, and include the housing acknowledgment number, to which the check applies, and indicate the dollar amount to apply to each reservation. When paying by check, remember to bring a credit card to the hotel to cover incidental charges to the room(s).

To avoid a hotel deposit being charged to the credit card used to secure your reservation, all check payments must be received by February 1, 2023. In order to process your check payment and reconcile deposits with the hotel, any mailed check deposits received after February 1, 2023 will be returned. After February 1, 2023, please send your check directly to your hotel. Checks must be received by the hotel by March 1, 2023 to allow for processing.
